Description- In this day and age when internet has become so easily accessible, Cyberattacks are a reality and a rather difficult and dangerous one. There is about 28% annual increase in the cost of cyber security in a year and over 23% increase in average annual number of security breaches. They have been increasing in both scope and number and so quickly that companies can train and employ professionals to fight them. Those who commit such crimes are hackers, and absolute professionals with clear long term goals. They meticulously, skillfully and patiently work their way through companies’ defenses and it is not that an enterprise’s security team discovers attacks rarely and at times they take months to discover attacks and understand the extent of the damage. In 2016, they aimed at cybersecurity and they have become an independent business that tackles cybercrime. They found a way to get greater speed and insight to security teams for them to stay ahead of cyber-criminals. They are at present working with customers and partners to better the social arena and do away with vulnerabilities and turn away the attackers. The reality for a good number of companies is reactive- to find and clean up damages. The idea is to detect and deflect cyberattacks proactively which is still a far shot.
