Women, in particular, are often raised to feel like they have to constantly please everyone around them. And that comes at a very high cost – you often don’t speak your mind or do the things you want to do for fear of offending or shocking.
But once again, remember that your life is yours, and yours alone. You choose who you want to please – and the number one person on that list should be you. Always.
