2. Jennifer Aniston

In an appearance on Dr. Oz in 2014, Aniston revealed that she struggles to shut down her mind at night. Unfortunately, she also reported using a sleep tracking app (I do not recommend sleep tracking devices for those with sleep problems). Fortunately, she appears to have developed better habits — in a 2016 interview with Arianna Huffington, Aniston reported that she now keeps away from her phone when in bed and practices relaxation techniques, such as yoga, to aid sleep. “My one key tip [for battling insomnia] … is to sleep with my phone at least five feet away from me. That’s helped me tremendously. And I also do a quick meditation before I get into bed, even if it’s just for five minutes. There are also some yoga poses that I’ve found to be quite helpful in relaxing my mind, even if it’s just a simple downward dog and some stretching. But the biggest thing is the electronics shutdown, ideally an hour before I turn off the lights. It’s really a big deal.” —The Huffington Post, April 2016
