In the October 2016 issue of Elle, Cyrus admitted that she can find it difficult to deal with being famous, primarily due to feelings of guilt. There are children being sold into sex slavery; how can I go on a hike right now? So now I try to do as much as I can through Happy Hippie.” Cyrus also says she’ll never walk another red carpet.
