7. Real Estate Broker
It is quite a possibility that you have come across a real estate broker yourself. They are basically the middle men. They are the ones who represent that the buyers or sellers of real estate property, mediate between them and such. Since you would not be an agent, you can work independently, but in any case, you wish to become an agent, you would have to work under a licensed broker to represent clients. Before representing clients, you would have to get licensed by the state to negotiate sales agreements and manage the documentation required for closing real estate transactions, in some cases.
